Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from merino-wools.com. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
- The product must not be marked as final sale or otherwise ineligible for return.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected by our warehouse team. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.
How to Start a Return
- Go to the Returns Center on merino-wools.com and log in with your order information.
- Select the product(s) you wish to return.
- Choose the reason for return from the list provided.
- Review your return summary and confirm the request.
- Print your prepaid return label (if applicable) and attach it securely to the package.
Important Information
- Exchanges: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
- Gifts: If you are returning a gift, you may receive a store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.
- Bundle or Set Items: All items within a bundle or set must be returned together to receive a full refund.
- Return Shipping Costs: If your return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, return shipping will be covered. For all other returns, a flat fee may be deducted from your refund.
Warranty & Defective Products
If your item has a manufacturing fault, please initiate a warranty claim through merino-wools.com within the product’s warranty period. You may be asked to provide photos and a description of the defect to help us process your claim efficiently.
Processing & Refund Timeline
- Return shipment received at our warehouse: 1–3 business days for inspection.
- Refund issued: up to 7 business days after inspection.
- Total estimated time from return to refund: 8–10 business days.
We recommend keeping your tracking information until your refund is confirmed.
