Track a Shipment
Once your order has shipped, you can track it by logging into your account and viewing the shipment and tracking details shown in your order history at merino-wools.com. A tracking number will also be included in your shipment confirmation email.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders. Your order will ship once payment has been authorized and shipping details are confirmed. All pro orders incur a flat $10 shipping fee.
Please note that not all shipping methods may be available in every region, and we reserve the right to hold any order if fraud is suspected.
Shipping Options
Ground
Valid orders typically process within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery is generally within 5–8 business days, depending on the destination.
2-Day Air
Orders placed before 12:00 pm are usually processed the same business day. Delivery is expected 2 business days after shipment.
Next-Day Air
Orders placed before 12:00 pm are usually processed the same business day. Delivery is expected the next business day after shipment.
Please expect to receive shipping and tracking details 1–2 business days after placing your order. “Business days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Title and risk transfer to you at the point of shipment. Not all methods may be offered in all areas.
Refunds on Shipping Charges
If we send the wrong item or you receive a damaged product, we will refund your shipping charges. We’ll be genuinely embarrassed—then hopefully we’ll all move forward together.
Retail Delivery Fee Notice
Effective July 1, 2022, a state retail delivery fee applies to motor-vehicle deliveries in Colorado for taxable goods. This fee is collected from you at purchase and remitted by the retailer.
